Run Fatboy Run!!!!

ok, i must admit that i'm really gaining quite a lot of meat lately......

thinks it's time to hit the gym and do some workout....ha

1. Go gym with bro cong meng every tuesday after work..

2. Follows Candy's eating habit, no more eating after 8pm.

3. wake up an hour earlier to go for a 6 round run!!

Target: loose 10 kg within around 2 months....well, hope i can make it....ha
