Independence Day - Speech By The President (Bill Pullman)
One of my favorite movie speech, i love it so much!
The movie is over 12 years old (1996), but it so cool to jus rewatch it again everytime when i have time.
Fight for the Freedom of mankind, to live on and survive!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good morning. In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world. And you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of mankind.
"Mankind." That word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is the Fourth of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom... Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution... but from annihilation.
We are fighting for our right to live. To exist. And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day the world declared in one voice: "We will not go quietly into the night!" We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day!

Speech of Freedom - "i have a dream" - Martin Luther King Jr (Aug 28, 1963)
Got this book <Speeches that Changed the World> few months ago, and Dr Martin Luther King Jr speech really moved me. Understanding that what he's trying to change is near impossible at that time but he still stood up to 250,000 civil rights supporters on the steps of the Lincoin Memorial in Washington and talk about a dream of FREEDOM. Even tho he was assassinated on March 29, 1968....
But he... did changed the world.
With great respect to the late Dr Martin Luther King Jr.
--------
I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

From every mountainside, let freedom ring.
And when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:
Free at last! Free at last!
Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!
