Pass IPPT....... almost (-_-III)


AHHHH!!! Almost!!! I was so happy when i passed all the static station (1. chin up 2. sit up 3. shuttle run 4. standing board jump) and i jus failed my 2.4 run.... wat the crap...

AAAHHHH!!!!!!

OK, ok, i jus got to calm down.... well, i really work very hard on this, when i say "hard" i mean really HARD. It started three months ago when one day i woke up realise that i can't jus do a simple sit up, ha, it really is a wake up call.

At that time my weight is 95kg... yes, i'm extremely over weight. Hmmm, now i know why people call me "Big Bear" in the office. It's not as simple as it is when coming to lose weight and getting back into shape. You really need SuperMan detemination!!!

Step 1 for losing weight - Mind over Body.

When i decided to lose weight, it's my mind that i need to start work on with.
Like in StarWar, Luke Skywalker trained his mind before he can trained his body....
"May the force be with me..."
(Find something or someone that can give you some will power to make things started)

Step 2 - Train REAL HARD!!!

Three times per weekday and one long but slow run in the weekend for me.
Do different kind of work out and i recommend running.
Running really helps to burn lots of fats in you and will surely feel fresh when you finished the six rounds on the studium track.
Start slow, maybe like 2 to 4 round first then go to 5-6 rounds when you can catch your breath. Keep watch on your body, NEVER over do it!!!!!
Take a break when you need one and do some Yoga....not the taiwan singer Yoga... but the real Yoga...ok, i think you know wat i meant...ha

Step 3 - Go Green
Diet with lots of fruits and veg, it really help but hard to maintain... ha...for me....i'm kind of a meat eater.

Step 4 - Believe in yourself
For whatever the target you are aiming, got to believe that you are able to ahieve it...cheers!!!

(Careful on the exercise you are working on, i jus injured my kneel during one of my run, think i over done it this time.... ha, will watch it too.)

The next IPPT test is on next next thurs, wish me luck!

My current weight now is 82kg!
