Getting OLD.....

I'm not a guy who were look at the mirror very often, except when i am shaving.

But every time i went to have my hair cut, i have to stare at myself for a long long time...
Looking at my own reflection, it's kind of familiar and strange...

It's the same person but something is different every time i see into the mirror...

一个人的电影院

不是因为没人陪，只是想一个人看场戏。

不用配合别人的时间，很随意的买了戏票。

冷冷的戏院，我是第一个入场也是后一个。

也许是周日吧，所以没人，心里是这么想的。

灯光变暗了，画面在银幕上动了起来。

演员们也开始入场了，很遗憾的事，今天的观众。。。只有我。

演到有趣的情节时，我会大笑，可是我的笑声无法填满整个戏院。

分离的剧情总是会让人落泪，知道这只是演戏，但心里还是会感到难受。

戏院里的冷气，真的好冷，是因为一个人的关系吗？

来到了这整部戏的高涨，不知道英雄是否会救出女主角，然后赢得胜利呢？

永远不变的巧断，但是我喜欢，是因为心中终希望一切都能有美好的结局吗？

落幕了，望着那空荡荡的戏院。。。。

看了11月26日的我报，才发现原来本地的流浪和弃养动物这么多。每个月SPCA可接获的动物多达700只，其中多数不符合被领养条件，应此遭人道毁灭。

This is the reward for my 24th blood donation since 5 years back, keeping a regular record and hope to score a 100 donation before i die. Actually it's some kind of weird and interesting to know that my blood is flowing inside some other 24 individual person around Singapore.... ha... and this is just part of the plan (joker's catch line in the dark knight).... to rule over the world... he he he

can ask me anything if ya wanted to make ya first donation.... seriously it's kind of cool to see ya blood flowing out of ya body.... IT'S Juicy!!!

Got this book <Speeches that Changed the World> few months ago, and Dr Martin Luther King Jr speech really moved me. Understanding that what he's trying to change is near impossible at that time but he still stood up to 250,000 civil rights supporters on the steps of the Lincoin Memorial in Washington and talk about a dream of FREEDOM. Even tho he was assassinated on March 29, 1968....

But he... did changed the world.

时间，胡子，回忆

是因为年龄的关系吗？还是工作和功课占了我会多的时间。总觉得日子过得真的太快了，2008年只剩下两个月而已。

头发变长了也不想去剪，想把胡子留一留。照镜子时就可以看到时间停流在脸上的痕迹。

公司的墙上都是小孩子的画画作品，看着看着，不时会想起自己已遗忘的天真和善良。也回想起童年时和奶奶一起的回忆。

我是“想太多的猪”

之前看过的书里的一段故事。

说是渔夫就算在大海钓不到鱼，他也不会对大海发脾气。

但是“想太多的猪”因为被喜欢的人拒绝而大发脾气。

因为他还不知道什么是顺其自然。

轻与重

记得还在上中学的时候，学校都会主办一些义工活动给我们参与。
不是去孤儿所就是老人院。去的时候也都是带着玩閙的心情，不是真正想做什么义工的。

但是，有一次让我体会到了一些感触。。。

刚到了一间老人院不久，护士小姐问我是否能帮她抱起一位老人，好让她能换床单。我吸了一口气，秀了秀肌肉，然后答应了。

进了房间，看到了一位满头白发的老先生，他眼睛望着天花板，口里一直小小声的说着些什么。。。走近时，他也没有理我们。护士小姐放下了在旁边的铁栏后，我就伸手去抱那老先生。

正想用力时，才发现那老先生已经在我怀里了。

他的体重有如婴儿一样的轻，好象随时会被摔坏。
突如其来的感觉，让我不知所措。。。

那一分钟的“轻”，在我心里却是那么的“重”，到了现在都无法忘记。

顺其自然

当顺其自然的风吹起的时候，我们也只不过是那风中的落叶。

电影学

电影在我生命中占了很重要的位置。因为它和漫画一样，是用画面来说故事。
近年来，我也开始写了一些小短篇的剧本，大多数是我的所见所闻。

剧本和我们平常看的小说不一样，少了很多的形容词。能清楚看到的是角色的分配和他们的台词。地点和时间是用很简单的写法，有如

有时看剧本就像看电影一样，它是一幕一幕的呈献剧情，
所以演员们和工作人员都能知道故事的发展。

下来的三个月里，其中一部剧本将拍成短片，希望能有好的成果。

最后的最后...

看了今天早报有关－兰迪 鲍许的报道后，心中有一种感动。名为“最后的演讲”，是他生命的最后一次演说，也是他给孩子的最后一份礼物。

有时想想，生命还真是奇怪，有些人的命长，有些且很短。死神不时会查看自己的名册上是否有你的名字。

不过，我想说的是，死亡并不可怕，可怕的是我从没活过。
也许有一天我也能。。。拥有我自己的“最后的演出”。

Wedding dinner around the clock...ha

Attending my cousin wedding "dinner" is so cool and when it's in the afternoon, ha, so it'll be called wedding lunch instead. Along the way, i'm attending like three wedding dinner this year, the coming one at oct is my buddy, meng hwee's sister wedding, all the guys will be attending it.

Having fun with my little cousin, jialing, showing her some magic tricks and she is like asking "How is it done one, tell me leh... tell me leh...ha". That was so fun!!! : >

Pass IPPT....... almost (-_-III)

AHHHH!!! Almost!!! I was so happy when i passed all the static station (1. chin up 2. sit up 3. shuttle run 4. standing board jump) and i jus failed my 2.4 run.... wat the crap...

AAAHHHH!!!!!!

OK, ok, i jus got to calm down.... well, i really work very hard on this, when i say "hard" i mean really HARD. It started three months ago when one day i woke up realise that i can't jus do a simple sit up, ha, it really is a wake up call.

At that time my weight is 95kg... yes, i'm extremely over weight. Hmmm, now i know why people call me "Big Bear" in the office. It's not as simple as it is when coming to lose weight and getting back into shape. You really need SuperMan detemination!!!

Step 1 for losing weight - Mind over Body.

When i decided to lose weight, it's my mind that i need to start work on with.
Like in StarWar, Luke Skywalker trained his mind before he can trained his body....
"May the force be with me..."
(Find something or someone that can give you some will power to make things started)

Step 2 - Train REAL HARD!!!

Three times per weekday and one long but slow run in the weekend for me.
Do different kind of work out and i recommend running.
Running really helps to burn lots of fats in you and will surely feel fresh when you finished the six rounds on the studium track.
Start slow, maybe like 2 to 4 round first then go to 5-6 rounds when you can catch your breath. Keep watch on your body, NEVER over do it!!!!!
Take a break when you need one and do some Yoga....not the taiwan singer Yoga... but the real Yoga...ok, i think you know wat i meant...ha

Step 3 - Go Green
Diet with lots of fruits and veg, it really help but hard to maintain... ha...for me....i'm kind of a meat eater.

Step 4 - Believe in yourself
For whatever the target you are aiming, got to believe that you are able to ahieve it...cheers!!!

(Careful on the exercise you are working on, i jus injured my kneel during one of my run, think i over done it this time.... ha, will watch it too.)

The next IPPT test is on next next thurs, wish me luck!

My current weight now is 82kg!

BIG BEAR spotted in Sentosa

Alert! Alert!

Look at the far end of this photo and try to spot a blur image of a bear.

Can you see that, this picture source is from a photographer, Yifang, who happens to spot the bear and capture a image of it. Too bad that when the crowd trying to get close to the creature, it ran away too quickly. But jus look at the size of that thing, even thu it's so far away, you can still see that it may weight more than 250 kg. Unbelivable, how such a creature can survive till now unnoticed.

If you are planning to go Sentosa, jus remember the following tips when you encounter with a bear. ( these are real tips)

• Remain calm. Do not run. Stand still and talk to the bear in a calm voice
  
• Arm your pepper spray
  
• Do not try to get closer to the bear
• If the bear does not get closer to you, slowly back away, talking to the bear in a quiet, monotone voice. Do not scream, turn your back on the bear, run, kneel down or make direct eye contact
• Watch the bear and wait for it to leave
• If the bear does not leave or approaches you, yell and wave your arms to make yourself look bigger. Throw objects, blow a whistle or an air horn. The idea is to persuade the bear to leave
• If you are with others, stay together and act as a group. Make sure the bear has a clear escape route
• If the bear keeps advancing, and is getting close, stand your ground. Use your bear pepper spray (if the bear is within seven metres) or anything else you can find or use to threaten or distract the bear
• Do not run or climb a tree

Ok, i'm a B Blood type, and i'm born with it. As what i know that in japan and korea, a "B" blood type guy makes the worst boyfriend, girls would run away from them...(ha, they dun know wat they miss) But i still believe that it's not that bad, although i dun have any girl friend now...ha ha ha....hmmm... why am i laughing....hmmm

Beauty or beauty not, it's in the eye of the beholder.

These clips are from the old old classic twilight zone and this eps is my favorite of all.
When i was a kid, this show that i watched on the TV at late night gave me so much to think about. So much that i still wonder the meaning of it, so much that i still couldn't understand how much can be learn from.

The very first time, i feel that a show can be so deep in thoughts. How the script is written, how the whole editing process is done. It indeed, is one of the twilight zone best classic.

Find time, and watch the clip, it may be slow, unlike the other action movie. But i'm seriously hope you can watch it. You may or may not like it, but jus remember, it's all in the eye of the beholder.

They have a remake version but still like classic one. But the remake version keep very closely to what the original is like.

MAN and SEA

I dun know about the other guys but i jus feel that there's a connection between the sea and me.
And if someone say that, man is born from the sea, i'll be totally agree!
i feel calm when just looking at it, but the sun burn is not the pleasant part... ha

And i written a letter for her(the sea), it may sound crazy, but i jus did, it's in chinese but i'll jus translate it. I did it 5 years ago.


"Hi, I'm back again. It's been awhile we have not spoken. Remember the time when i was here, i agreed to come back the next week, but i didn't. It's not beços i forgotten of our appointment, but jus that i thought i can deal with the problem myself. Something is not going right......in my head

well... tonight is the fifth time i forgotten to turn off the tap, and cause the whole kitchen to be flooded. What's going on with my head..... It looks like memory is playing tricks on me, i even forgot to lock my house door once. I'm quite worry, is that i have no longer any memory of my primary and secondary school life. My friends used to laugh at me on that issue, but it's seems to me that it's not just a laughing matter anymore......maybe one day i'll lost all my memories... included those that are beautiful.

Well... at least i still remember that i have a blog to write about this. ha ha

Happiness is REAL!!!

Once a friend asked me, "how can ya laugh at your own joke? when it's not even funny?"
Well... i'll jus tell him, beços i'm happy, and when i'm happy, i smile and i laugh. The joke was jus an excuse. You may not laugh at my joke but some how another you will still laugh with me. Isn't it good? To enjoy laughing and enjoy the moment that you are happy. Trust me, some people have already forgotten have to laugh or even smile.

We r living in a place, where i can say that it's full of unsure and worries. And it's frightening to be in that way. But life still goes on, there's an old saying tells us that," life and time will not stop even you are sad or happy, full of anger or full of love, but if i have to choose, i'll rather choose the better one." By understanding that, you will know why i'm smiling all the time. : >

But to stay in that way, it's not easy. Everything comes at a price, even happiness.
You got to make your mind focus on the thing you are happy about.
Be with the people that you loves and enjoy the moment with.

IRON MAN Is So Iron Solid Cool!!!!

yeh, went to watch iron man on the 1st of May. Overall of the film is about 3.5 stars out of 5, but the armor is so solid cool! The red, gold combination r so outstanding and the design of the armor is fantastic!!!!

That's the reason why i went to pre-order the 1:1 life size iron man bust. Believe it or not, it cost me around SGD 1128. It's the most expensive piece of figure i purchase since a few year back, the first is a Back to Future car from the movie, it only cost SGD 25. Well,it's only 1: 24 size, so it's kind of small, just great to display.

While watching my favorite tv drama, Heroes! It's really hard to stop wondering, what is it like to have super powers and what would you do if you discovered it.

The journey of Hiro Nakamura play by Masi Oka, is a very normal office worker in japan, who one day discovers he has the power to manipulate time and space. With this power, Hiro understand that the he have to put it to good use and eventually save the world. With persistent and hardwork, Hiro trains to control his power and finally put it in a test at the ending story of season 1.

In the reality world, Masi Oka is an actor who is really a grounded and humble individual, a little shy but well spoken. His passion in acting, from a very small roles then to a professional actor now, really inspire people like myself. Knowing that it's a marathon rather then a sprint when comes to creative/entertainment work.
